Avantt Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) and a local, veteran-owned company proudly serving the Paducah, KY community. We’re urgently hiring permanent Delivery Drivers (Non CDL) to deliver Amazon packages to neighbors across the Paducah area. This is a permanent, year-round delivery driver job — not seasonal or temporary work. With nearly six years as an Amazon DSP and two years serving Paducah, we’ve built a team-first culture where your success is our priority. No CDL required and no delivery experience needed — we provide paid training.

What You’ll Do as a Delivery Driver (Non CDL)

You’ll start and end each day at our Amazon warehouse in Paducah, KY.

• Load your delivery van with Amazon packages at the warehouse each morning
• Follow a navigated delivery route using a company-provided handheld device
• Deliver packages to homes, apartments, and businesses along your local route
• Drive safely, following all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs throughout your delivery route
• Return to the warehouse at the end of your delivery shift

Delivery Driver Requirements — No CDL Required

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license (a standard Non CDL license is all you need)
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs, with reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable driving cargo vans in varying weather conditions
• Available at least 1 weekend day per week

Delivery Driver Schedule

• 4–5 days per week
• 8–10 hour day shifts — start and end at the warehouse
• Consistent, year-round routes: permanent work in every season
